Rapportive - Stalking Done Right!

This past weekend I got to enjoy a fantastic conference in Nashville called PodCamp and in one of the session, I was introduced to a new tool for GMAIL I thought was incredible. Rapportive is a plugin for your gmail that uses email addresses to find information about the person you are email or is emailing you. Below is an example of what I am talking about.

This is an email today from Shamrock Media's Mike Laxton who does radio promotion for them. He was helping me with a project. When his email is up, on the right of the screen, you will find a complete profile of Mike including his picture and information, twitter, facebook, linkedin and his latest tweet. The best part about this "ultimate stalking tool" is you can leave notes for yourself on this person privately. For any person that creates profiles for people especially sales/marketing personnel, this is amazing tool to keep up with who you are working with.
