Google+ Checkins just got a little better. Using geo-location tools, Google+ introduced "Local" that brings up all the closest locations in your area with reviews and a score of how good they are. Google's work towards a more "social web" experience is coming to reality with this new addition to Google+. Many are arrogant to believe Google+ destiny lies within a slow, painful death but when it comes to reality they are making things better. Facebook is watching Google+ closely and introducing new tools mirrored after Google+ success to maintain the leader in social media. If anything, Google+ has created a healthier competition that's better for all parties.
