Amazon.com Applies for 70+ Domains

We reported last week that major tech companies have applied for more then 400 new domains but the largest surprise among the tech companies was Amazon.com going after over 70+ domains including .movie, .buy, .call, .book and many more. Major domains in the past have included .com, .net, and .org but the recent release allowing new domains has tech giants looking for the next big domain.
