Facebook Adds 1st Woman Director

Mark Zuckerburg, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Facebook said yesterday “Sheryl has been my partner in running Facebook. Her understanding of our mission and long term opportunity, and her experience with Facebook and on a public company boards makes her a natural fit for our board.” Sheryl Sandburg makes the first woman director on the Facebook board since its launch in 2003. With a social network that majority our woman, its about time Facebook added a female.
