Facebook, LinkedIN and Others Play Role in Next Job


Businesses are looking at potential candidates by using social media. New research says that over 52% of US corporations are looking at candidate’s social presence during the hiring process. Not in an invasive way, but what’s available publicly. When people like your company page on Facebook and is already engaged with the company’s mission and culture then it’s easier to crowd-source talent and find the best person for the job. LinkedIN is still considered the number one professional social media site while Facebook is trending second.
