New Study Has CEOs Saying Yes to Social Media

A new study shows that nearly 50% of CEOs believe social media has a positive impact on company culture says a new report from mashable.com. CEOs believe social media allows management to be more transparent, maintain better relationships along employees and drive a better company culture. However, even though the CEOs are on page when it comes to social media, many employees disagree in regards to sharing personal info with their bosses as only about 25% think it’s a good idea.
