Twitter Restricting “Under-Age” Content


BuddyMedia has partnered with Twitter to block certain brands for the under-age demographic on Twitter. CNET reports BuddyMedia has worked out an age-verification process before users can see “adult-like” brands. The most popular adult-like brands would be liquor companies. Twitter and BuddyMedia have said this is a great way for companies to not have to worry about in-house screening policies when discussing products on Twitter.
