LinkedIN in
recent weeks have been the new eye of the social media world ever since Twitter
cut off ties and LinkedIN and is seeing more success than they have in years.
Now they launch a new product of professional connectivity. LinkedIN announced
this week their new “Board Connect” which allows non-profits to connect with
board or potential board members. According to LinkedIN, 92% of HR
professionals and 87% of marketing professionals want to serve on a board and
this is a great way for non-profits to connect with the best talent to serve.
One of the key responsibilities of a board member is to recruit future board
members and this is a great way to do so.
