Since
Marissa Mayer, Ex-Google Executive took over the Chief Executive Office
position of Yahoo, changes are being made and many say for the better. The
first major change Mayer did was making lunch and snacks free for employees,
something other tech Silicon Valley giants already do such as Google and
Facebook. Now Mayer is making more Google-like changes such as using an
employee Q&A program and allowing other employees to vote up projects.
Yahoo is already becoming more focused and working on projects so what does
this teach us about change and implementing best practices?
