Where Facebook Went Wrong

Mark Zuckerburg, Founder and CEO of Facebook were interviewed for the first time since their failed IPO effort back in May. In an interview with CEO of TechCrunch, they explored some of the past, present and future endeavors of Facebook. Zuckerburg was laid back and relaxed during the interview discussing topics like desktop, mobile, apps, hardware and more. Two things that was heavily apparent was 1) Facebook is not making a Facebook phone even though it has been heavily speculated for months and 2) Facebook mobile efforts and their work towards excellence. Zuckerburg admitted to the failures of Facebook in their efforts to utilize HTML5 for their mobile apps. Although HTML5 will play a huge role in the future of development, we are just not their yet so Facebook has been back to developing native apps including the latest release of the new iOS App.
