Introducing Google Play

This week was a very exciting week for Google as they introduced the newest competitor to take on iTunes. Google Play offers music, movies, books, android, and Google apps for purchase. Google Play is expected to roll out on all Android phones by end of Q3 2012. This is Google’s first attempt at going head to head with iTunes in all types of media. What’s unique about Google Play is everything saves over the cloud out-of-box. You can rent or purchase movies directly off the site that’s integrated with the already very popular Google products. You no longer have to worry about having to figure out where you left off or having to resync your apps and music. Anytime you purchase something, it automatically syncs with your smart TV, computer, tablet, and phone. Also, if you start a game or book on one device, you can start exactly where you left off on another device.
